From 2004 to the Present, some of the consultancy projects I lead were:

 

• Sustainability Strategies and Governance Models: 

  • Banking sector in Portugal and in Cabo Verde (Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Banif, BCN, BCA)

  • Pulp and Paper Sector: CELPA, Portucel Soporcel, CEPI

 

• Environmental & Social Risk Policy and Management Process: 

  • Cabo Verde: During 3 years a in depth work was developed with some banks in Cabo Verde and an Environmental & Social risk policy was developed. For an example see BCN Environmental & Social Risk Lending Policy.

 

• Sustainability Reporting: Involved in the elaboration and writtings of more than 20 sustainability reports amogst portuguese, irish and belgium organizations. Special knowledge on the following sectors:

  • Banking: CGD, Millennium bcp, Banif, BCA, BI, BCN

  • Retail: Sonae SGPS, Modelo Continente 

  • Pulp&paper: CELPA, SmurfitKappa Group, Grupo Portucel Soporcel, CEPI

 

• Executive Trainning: Trainer on sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, environmental&social risk assessement, sustainability and ethics, in the following countries:

  • Sustainable Banking: in Portugal and Cabo Verde

  • Environmental and Social Risk Analysis by Banks: Cabo Verde

  • Sustainability: in Angola

• Executive Training on the need to pay ontime to supliers:
